User Account and Profile

• Website: www.sahityakosha.com
• Eligibility: Users must be an individual aged 18 or older and may reside in India or abroad.
• Roles: Users can be either Author or Reader and can switch roles at any time.
• ID Proof Requirement: Government-issued ID proof is required upon registration.
• Contact Information : Valid phone number and email address must be provided for communication.
• Nationality: Registration is open to Indians only, residing in India or outside India.
• Mental Capacity: User should be of sound mind to register independently. Proxy registration is a strict No.

Author

• Ethics and Legality: Author must adhere to ethical standards and avoid illegal or defamatory content.
• Content Guidelines: Topics should be engaging and suitable for a general audience. Derogatory language is prohibited.
• Language: Authors may choose to write in English and in any Indian language.
• Content Moderation: The SahityaKosha team reserves the right to remove any objectionable content without notice.
• Author Rewards: Author will receive communication regarding rewards via email.
• Author can type articles in English. If the author chooses any other language, the typed article must be pasted in the space provided.
• The author must declare that the article is originally written by him/her and should be based on own opinions.
• The gaps in information due to the limitations of the author as a human being.
• The author should not try to replace advice, especially legal, medical, or financial advice of the professionals in the field.
• The author reserves the right to edit the information only once, after once edit article is non-editable.

Author Recognition

• Contribution Recognition: Authors will be acknowledged for their contributions as per the decision of the Team SahityaKosha from time to time and its decision is final.
• Posting Limits: Each Author can post a maximum of two articles per month.
• Review Process: A verification team will review submissions and feedback.
• If found objectionable by the team of reviewers or by readers at any later date, Team SahityaKosha reserves the right to delete the same.
• Copyright issue: If any reader claims the copyright of the article or the image as his/hers or finds them as copied from anyone else, Team SahityaKosha reserves the right to delete the same without notice . Team SahityaKosha will not participate in the legal proceedings nor is financial binding for any such issues. The matter must be settled between the parties outside the purview of Team SahityaKosha.

Reader Subscription:

• Subscription Fee: Access to the Website for Readers is available on Rs. 250 for 3 months.
• Renewal: Every renewal for next 3 months is on payment of Rs.200.
• Feedback: Readers can leave comments, adhering to the same etiquette expected from Authors.
• Non-Refundable: Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Subscription gets activated as soon as the payment received Renewal fees/Subscription and the effective period starts on the same day of the payment.
• Dual Role Eligibility: Readers can register as Authors.
• Author can register as Reader by paying subscription fees.

Termination of registration

• Voluntary Termination: Both Authors and Readers can terminate their registration at any time via the EXIT ICON.
• Content Ownership: All previous articles remain part of the SahityaKosha website even after termination.
• Lawful Termination: The team reserves the right to terminate registrations for non complaints mentioned as per User Account and Profile.

Limitation of Liability

• Liability Disclaimer: SahityaKosha is not liable financially or in any manner for any content shared by Authors or Readers, including copyright issues.
• Expression: The content reflects personal views and experiences of the Authors.
• Legal Matters: Any copyright disputes or misrepresentation issues are the responsibility of the affected parties.
• No Obligation: SahityaKosha does not assume responsibility for legal issues involving Users or third parties.
